This isn’t your typical receptionist role – we need someone who thrives under pressure, knows their way around a busy switchboard, and can handle anything from organizing client appointments to managing critical information flow between clients and veterinarians. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing friendly, efficient support to clients and team members by answering calls and managing the switchboard
- Assisting clients with appointment scheduling, pet food, and medicine needs
- Ensuring messages and updates get to veterinarians with all the necessary details
- Coordinating schedules and procedures, keeping everyone in the right place at the right time
- Maintaining clear communication between clients and veterinarians to ensure top-notch care
- Updating systems and records so important information is easily accessible
- Processing over-the-counter sales of pet supplies, food, toys, and other care items
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays with alternating shifts: 07:00 – 13:00 or 13:00 – 19:00
Every 3rd Saturday and Sundays: 08:00 – 17:00.
You will be required to work Public Holidays.
