Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee all construction activities on our projects in Tzaneen. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Monitor project progress and budget, and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily progress reports and cost tracking

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision or related field
- 2.92 Certification
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
