We are a large and vibrant restaurant looking for a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø  Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Ø  Oversee daily operations, ensuring the dining experience is seamless.

Ø  Manage bar stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure proper ordering of supplies.

Ø  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality products.

Ø  Train and mentor staff on customer service, restaurant policies, and health & safety standards.

Ø  Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Ø  Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

Ø  Manage reservations, walk-ins, and large group bookings.

Ø  Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
