Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Advisor/Psychometrics Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students and assist in the application of psychometric tools to support their personal, professional and academic development. You will gain hands-on experience in student advising, assessment techniques, and program development.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Student Support:

·       Provide guidance and support to students in academic and professional development.

·       Assist in the onboarding process for new students, ensuring they understand available resources and services.

2.     Psychometric Assessments:

·       Administer psychometric assessments

·       Assist in scoring psychometric assessments

·       Assist in analyzing assessment results  

3.    Programme Development:

·       Collaborate with the team to design and implement workshops and programs focused on student success and skill enhancement.

·       Participate in the evaluation of program effectiveness and student feedback. 

4.    Research and Analysis:

·       Conduct research on student trends, preferences, and behaviours.

·       Assist in data collection and analysis to inform program improvements and marketing strategies. 

5.    Administrative Support:

·       Help maintain student records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

·       Assist in organizing events, workshops, and other student engagement activities.

·       Compile reports

·       Can work effectively on MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
