Job Opportunity: Relationship Manager – CorporateLocation: Windhoek, NamibiaA respected leader in the banking industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager – Corporate to lead and nurture customer relationships within the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will drive growth, acquisition, and retention strategies while enhancing the bank's presence and profitability in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies for corporate clients.
Drive the development and enhancement of products and services tailored to the corporate sector.
Manage and strengthen existing relationships while cultivating new ones.
Oversee credit risk frameworks and implement effective risk management practices.
Create customer management strategies focused on insight-driven marketing.
Manage cost-effective liabilities and meet financial growth targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Professional certification in a relevant field is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role within the corporate sector.
Proficiency in English.
Namibian citizenship or permanent residency required.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong product knowledge and understanding of the public sector market.
Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills.
Skilled in marketing, negotiation, and presentation.
Strategic thinker with strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
