We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing the brand’s digital presence, and creating engaging visual content. This role requires a combination of design expertise, marketing coordination skills, and an ability to execute campaigns that align with business objectives. You will work closely with various departments to ensure all marketing initiatives are consistent and in line with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Content Creation:
- Create visually engaging digital and print materials including social media graphics, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop creative assets for campaigns, events, etc
- Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Marketing Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, print).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Manage content calendars for marketing activities including social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Digital & Social Media Management:
- Maintain and update the company website with new content, graphics, etc
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Oversee community management, ensuring positive interaction with followers and potential customers.
- Campaign Reporting:
- Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns (digital ads, email/sms marketing, social media) to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team, product team, and external vendors to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for larger design projects if necessary.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing principles and digital strategies.
- Knowledge of website management, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
- A proactive, creative thinker who is detail-oriented and results-driven.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or design role.
- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress, Wix, or similar) and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and MailChimp.
Preferred:
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
