The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for understanding the business needs and transforming those needs into detailed project requirements. The BA will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that software solutions meet business objectives and deliver value.

Key Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

·        3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.

·        Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).

·        Knowledge of business process modeling and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).

·        Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall.
