Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator with lodge management and field guiding experience to join their luxury 5-star game lodge. The role involves overseeing day-to-day lodge operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will lead game drives and nature walks, provide guest activities, and ensure smooth operational coordination across all departments.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments
• Manage and train staff, ensuring high standards of service
• Lead game drives and nature walks, providing informative commentary
• Coordinate guest activities and ensure guest satisfaction
• Monitor inventory, reports, and maintain lodge systems
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Proven lodge management experience, ideally in a 5-star environment
• FGASA qualification and field guiding experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for wildlife, conservation, and luxury guest service
• Valid driver’s license with 4x4 driving experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
