RETAIL SALES PERSON REQUIRED

Sales people are required for an International Outdoor Clothing brand.

Must have the following Experience / Skills and Knowledge

·         Matric certificate.

·         Must have previous experience in apparel retailing. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in luxury or outdoor apparel retailing , when applying for Columbia Sportswear

·         Must be ambitious, energetic and be prepared to work retail hours which include Public Holidays and Weekends.

·         Preference will be given to outdoor enthusiastic individuals (Hiking, Fishing etc)

·         Passions for the outdoors and sports

·         Target Driven.

·         Warm, outgoing friendly disposition.

·         Visual merchandising experience

·         Strong verbal communications skill and must be well spoken in English.

·         Proven sales record.

·         Demonstrate and ensure quality customer service is consistently delivered.

·         Computer Literate.

·         Attention to detail and the ability to execute highest retail standards.

·         Strong Administrative and Sales Skills.

·         Must be able to work well under pressure.

·         Contactable references – Land lines

·         Well groomed (no facial piercings, visible tattoos etc)

·         No Criminal Record.
