Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
5-10 years of plastics manufacturing experience, specifically in plastic packaging or a similar industry.
Strong understanding of production processes
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication skills
