Job Experience and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA))
8 to 10 years of post-articles experience, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry
Proven track record in financial reporting, with a deep understanding of IFRS
Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a team

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the financial reporting process
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, including consolidations
