Fast-growing social commerce start-up based in Johannesburg, aiming to connect communities with local suppliers for affordable group buying requires a Pickup Point Partnership Manager.
Your goal will be to expand and manage a network of local pickup points in the informal trade sector, securing partnerships that enhance community access to discounted goods.

Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12.
4 or more years in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally in FMCG or informal trade.
Strong negotiation, outreach, and communication skills.
Motivated, team-oriented, and comfortable in a target-driven environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable car.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify Partners: Target and approach local businesses to expand our pickup point network in key areas.
Negotiate Agreements: Secure beneficial partnerships through effective negotiation and clear terms.
Build Relationships: Serve as the main contact, supporting partners to ensure smooth and productive collaboration.
Monitor Performance: Track partner performance, gathering data to enhance partnership quality.
Maintain Records: Log all partner interactions and updates in the CRM for accurate tracking.
Collect Market Insights: Gather community feedback and market trends to refine our strategy.
