Ons is op soek na 'n betroubare en vriendelike Ontvangs Dame om ons span te versterk. Die ideale kandidaat moet uitstekende kommunikasie- en organisatoriese vaardighede hê en in staat wees om ons kliënte met 'n professionele en behulpsame houding te verwelkom. Hierdie rol vereis ook sterk administratiewe vaardighede en die vermoë om die Sales Consultant by te staan, insluitend aankope waar nodig.
Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
- Professionele hantering van inkomende oproepe en kommunikasie met kliënte.
- Voorsiening van algemene administratiewe ondersteuning en daaglikse kantoorbestuur.
- Behulpsaam met aankope en die verwerking van bestellings.
- Ondersteuning aan die Sales Consultant in verskeie operasionele en kliëntverwante take.
- Verwelkoming van kliënte en besoekers met 'n professionele en vriendelike houding.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Voltooide Graad 12.
- Vorige ervaring in 'n ontvangs- of administratiewe rol sal 'n voordeel wees.
- Basiese rekenaarvaardighede is noodsaaklik, met enige rekenaarsertifikate wat as ‘n bykomende voordeel beskou sal word.

Position Overview:
