Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Lead negotiations for complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts and strategic fit of potential deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in deal-making, mergers and acquisitions, or business development.
Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
