Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star environment
- Degree / Culinary school diploma or in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer and team relationships
- Ability to manage budgets and operational costs efficiently
- Creative and proactive approach to menu development and F&B trends
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial target
- Excellent proficiency in the English language
- Oversee all F&B and daily operations, ensuring they meet budgetary guidelines and adhere to high standards
- Maintain outstanding levels of internal and external customer service
- Design creative menus, manage purchasing, and implement continuous improvements
- Identify and proactively respond to customer needs and feedback
- Lead and develop the F&B team, including attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating staff
- Set targets, KPIs, schedules, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Foster open communication and create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on motivation and accountability
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and report on sales results, productivity, and other relevant management metrics
