Position Overview:
The Medical Aid Advisor will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them select the best medical aid options tailored to their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of medical aid products, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' medical aid needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical aid products and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the financial planning and investment team to align client solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical aid advising or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Aid Advisor or Assistant to an advisor
• Knowledge of medical aid schemes, policies, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary is R20 000 per month
