Our client is seeking a dynamic management couple to take over the holistic operations of their game lodge. The successful candidates will work collaboratively to ensure an exceptional guest experience, maintain lodge standards, and manage day-to-day operations.

Hospitality Manager:

• Oversee guest bookings and reservations.
• Manage guest relations, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance of the lodge's appearance.
• Coordinate menu planning and inventory management for supplies.

Operations Manager / Head Guide:

• Maintain lodge facilities, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lead and conduct both driving and walking safaris.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on local flora and fauna.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met during all activities.

Requirements:
Hospitality Manager:

• Recognized Hospitality Qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
• Experience in hospitality management and operations.
• Passion for wildlife and the outdoors.

Operations Manager / Head Guide:

• Level 1 Guiding Qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality management and operations.
• Mechanical and technical skills for camp maintenance.
