Our client based in Pretoria North is looking for an experienced and well articulated candidate to join their team

Duties:

• Contract Management : Loading of new clients and updating of existing client details on all systems (Pastel / RPX / CRM)

• Customer Care (after sales service) : Client queries, complaints, reporting, assisting all department with Client related queries

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years experience in Customer Care a similar position

• Pastel Evolution experience

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :

• Matric

• Self management & professionalism

• Strong administration skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English & Afrirkaans due to client base)

• Intermediate user on Office 365 packages
