Qualifications and Experience:

• B.Eng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineering Registration with ECSA
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the built environment
• Strong understanding of HVAC, vertical transportation, wet services, fire protection, and other related systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and HAP
• Knowledge of construction contracts (GCC, FIDIC, PROCSA, NEC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the implementation of mechanical building services for various projects, including hospitals, clinics, commercial buildings, and more.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure effective project management and timely completion.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including proposals, reports, and cost budgets.
• Utilize advanced engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HAP, to optimize designs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
