Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
4. Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
5. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
6. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
7. Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations
8. Manage the compensation and benefits program, including analyzing market trends and making recommendations for adjustments
9. Coordinate with department heads to ensure staffing needs are met and to address any HR-related issues
10. Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in HR management
3. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
6. Strong leadership and decision-making skills
7. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
