We are looking to employ an operations manager that is positive and has a good attitude to oversee the day-to-day activities within an organization to ensure efficient and effective operations. Their responsibilities include managing production, quality control, inventory, and resource allocation and will be reporting directly to the General Manager.

Must be able to run production efficiently and effectively. This is not an office job-candidate must be hands on and practical when it comes to production.

Must be practical and have the ability to assist with maintenance related issues and strong problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership skills.

Must be computer literate. Able to learn new systems.

Must have good people skills.

Must be detailed orientated. Must know what is happening on the factory floor.

Have background experience in Health and Safety, BRC Food safety and internal audits.

Client liaison - Must be able to build good relationships with clients.

General Housekeeping.
