My client, a leading player in the property management sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties. If you have a passion for property management, and a proven track record in this field, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and logistics properties.
Handle lease agreements, tenant relations, and ensure compliance with property regulations.
Optimize property performance through strategic asset management and budget oversight.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and operational standards are met.
Collaborate with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues and implement property improvements.

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

8-10 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial, industrial, or logistics properties.
Exposure to MDA property management software is essential.
A Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong understanding of lease agreements, negotiations, and property law.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
