Job Description:
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, Soughted is looking for you! We are seeking a dedicated Communications and Guest Experience Assistant who excels under pressure, drives guest satisfaction, and can work independently during night shifts. The role also involves collaboration with various departments to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work 3 night shifts and 2 day shifts weekly.
- Responding to guest inquiries on the communication inbox.
- Managing booking alterations via the Airbnb App.
- Providing guests with check-in details where applicable.
- Coordinating guests’ estimated time of arrival for manual check-ins.
- Handling guest calls related to upcoming booking questions and arrivals.
- Managing guest communication through WhatsApp.
- Updating and maintaining property listings on booking platforms.
- Creating and optimising listings to enhance visibility and appeal.
- Following up with guests for key return post-check-out.
- Collaborating with Property Managers to create targeted listings and ensuring full integration into our software.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence.
Required Skills
- Reservations: 1 to 2 years
- Guest Assistance: 1 to 2 years
- Guest Service: 1 to 2 years
