We are seeking a Solar PV Installer to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. As a Solar PV Installer, you will ensure that our solar projects meet the high standards our customers expect and help them transition smoothly to renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and maintain solar PV systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
Measure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modules.
Properly configure PV systems based on site conditions and standard practices.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for quality, safety, and environmental protection.
Conduct electrical wiring of solar systems (AC and DC).
Complete necessary installation paperwork and documentation.
Work with project managers and client representatives to ensure that installations are completed on schedule and within quality guidelines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.
Communicate job status to supervisors and other team members.
Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safety.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; further technical training in PV installation preferred.
Proven experience as a PV Installer, with experience in roofing or electrical installations considered a plus.
Strong understanding of electrical wiring, shading issues, and solar panel positioning.
Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops with heavy equipment.
Excellent physical condition and stamina.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
