Source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skill sets, experience, and culture fit.
Provide guidance to candidates on their career paths, offer negotiations, and job transitions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging skills, and technology advancements.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

Previous experience in 360 agency recruitment or Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented and driven to exceed recruitment KPIs.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
