We're looking for exceptional individuals to join our Rental division- preferably experienced, but will receive additional training from us. This includes: management of properties (maintenance and inspections) on Redrabbit, financial management on Payprop, vetting and/or negotiation of all rental documentation (lease renewals and new applications), etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Property inspections (interim and exit inspections).
• Arranging property maintenance with clients.
• Loading and management of deals on Payprop.
• Negotiating renewal contracts between clients.
• Vetting and approval/rejection of agents new rental deals.
• Monitoring and management of clients financials, including following up on arrears.
• Issuing of breach notices and assisting attorneys/clients with the eviction and debt collection process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Own reliable car and valid drivers license.
• NQF4 qualification would be advantageous/preferred.
• Some experience in the Property Rental industry or a track record in another industry would be advantageous/preferred.
• Vast experience in using of the Payprop system.
• Experience using the Redrabbit system would be advantageous/preferred.
• Great attention to detail and experience in MS Office.
• Well spoken and presentable.
