A fantastic opportunity to grow and gain experience is available for a young, dynamic individual at PH Attorneys.  We are looking for a senior financial accountant to support and assist the Financial Department. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently, well under pressure and be able to think innovatively. 

The candidate needs to have the following:

• B. Com / B. Accounting degree or related non negotiable
• SAIPA / SAICA Articles experience or related non negotiable
• Caseware Working Papers more than 3 years’ experience non negotiable
• SAGE Pastel Partner experience recommended
• AJS legal practice management experience beneficial
• Attorney’s accounting experience beneficial
• Technically strong with good computer & communication skills
• The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but would not be limited to
• Assisting and implementing controls and processes
• Compilation of annual financial statements in accordance with financial reporting standards
• Processing of monthly financial information
