Southern Fruit Growers currently has the above position available in Patensie, Eastern Cape. The ideal candidate is a detail-orientated individual, with excellent administrative and record keeping skills, and thrives in a high pressure environment.

The successful candidate will report to the Procurement Manager: Citrus, and will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Review, improve and develop quality control systems *Packhouse quality control and recordkeeping *Assist packhouses with audit programs & verifications *Assist with clients' due diligence requirements and update platforms with required information *Ensure compliance with SA export standards (DALRD & PPECB) *Revise of packing specifications to ensure compliance *Assist with IFS and CoC audits *Assist with planning and coordination of selected customer programs *Feedback to customers and producers on quality related matters *all other tasks related to

the role.

Minimum requirements:

• A degree in Agriculture or related field, OR 3 years' experience in a similar QC systems role;

• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, especially Excel - incl. setup and creation of Pivots, Macros would be beneficial);

• Own vehicle, valid license, and willingness to travel within the Patensie region;

• Willingness to work overtime as per seasonal requirements.
