Duties:
• General office administration.
• Postgraduate and undergraduate student administration, including processing applications on SUNStudent and uploading marks.
• Financial management and administration of all departmental cost centres, including budget planning and monthly reporting.
• Administration and loading of all remuneration for contract staff and tutors.
• Assisting staff and associates with financial claims.
• Making national and international travel arrangements for staff and associates.
• Responsible for minutes of departmental meetings.
• Professional management of all enquiries and requests directed to the Department.
Required Skills
- Grade 12 And A Relevant Higher Education Qualification.
- At Least Four Years’ Working Experience At Senior Secretarial Level.: 4 to 5 years
- Proven Computer Proficiency In The Use Of The Microsoft 365 Package (Word, Excel And Outlook).
