A business consulting company is looking for a Retired Call centre Manager or Sales Manager that can lead a remote sales team. This position is commission only but the company works on retainer agreements so very high commission earning potential for the right person.
Required Skills
- Sales Management: 10 years or more
- Call Centre Trainer: 4 to 5 years
- Hunters: 5 to 6 years
Candidate Requirements
Must have a Sales or Marketing qualification
Strong leadership ability
Call centre experience a must
Leading a team of about 20-30 staff remotely will be beneficial in securing this position
Excellent communication skills
Must have a hunter profile
