- Manage a portfolio of properties in a specific area, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
- Cultivate and grow relationships on behalf of the client with property owners.
- Ensure that Property Hosts maintain key performance standards at all times.
- Conduct onsite meetings with Property Hosts at their respective properties.
- Train and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with Property Hosts.
- Provide daily support and maintain clear communication with Property Hosts and Property Owners.
- Arrange, coordinate, and oversee home maintenance when required.
- Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management.
- Scrutinize owner statements for approval before they are sent to owners.
- Frequent travel between worksites is required; the individual must have own reliable transportation.
Monday – Friday, 08h30 – 17h00; One weekend shift on a rotational basis required
