Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage financial operations across diverse business units, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Lead the financial stewardship of the organization, managing revenue streams exceeding $8 billion annually.
Implement best practices in financial management, risk assessment, and operational efficiencies across complex, multi-entity structures.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic financial plans that drive long-term growth and stability.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of more than 7 years in a CFO role or equivalent executive financial leadership position.
Experience handling complex financial ecosystems involving multiple legal entities.
Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) designation preferred or similar financial certification.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
