Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric qualification and a relevant National Diploma in Engineering or Maintenance Management
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the food manufacturing sector
In-depth knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing
