Candidate Requirements

• Energetic, hard-working, self-driven individual with a love for the technical aspects of agriculture, supported by a successful record of a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• The ability to function under pressure, and apply rational decision making.
• Good people relations and above average communication skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of both citrus and table grape crops would be beneficial, as well as associated production and manipulation practices.
• Above average computer & technical skills
• An appropriate tertiary qualification.
• Thorough knowledge of irrigation and fertilization practices. 
• Experience in ultra-low flow irrigation would be beneficial.
