Employer: Ideal & Selected Candidates

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

• Identify new business opportunities, including potential new markets and customer segments.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales approaches.

• Posting products on social media & online sales management

• Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills

Sales And Marketing Consultant: 3 to 4 years

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and marketing, preferably in agriculture or food.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to analyse data, assess market trends, and develop strategic approaches.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Computer literate with experience in Social Media marketing and online sales

• Willingness to travel as needed.
