Are you a strategic thinker with an eye for detail? We are seeking a qualified Financial Manager (CA(SA)) with 3-5 years of post-article experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, develop financial models, and work closely with senior management to drive business growth. Ideal candidates have a strong background in reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Duties:
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance on financial matters.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- CA(SA) qualification
- 3+ years post-article experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
