Join a Leading Financial Services Firm as an IT Business Analyst Lead!

A prominent financial services organization is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Lead to manage a dynamic team of analysts. This role is crucial for driving IT project implementations and engaging with stakeholders to develop new initiatives.

The ideal candidate will excel in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, helping to maximize the value from IT investments. Responsibilities include collaborating with decision-makers and end-users to define business needs and improve system performance.

Candidates should possess:

An IT Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 8 years of IT business analysis experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in project management and Agile tools such as Jira or TFS.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
