Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Completed Matriculation (Grade 12)
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of leadership in plant operations
Strong understanding of production processes and efficiency optimization
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
