The Recon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation processes within the organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Matric
• Code 8 License (valid)
  
• Minimum 3-5 Years’ experience in similar role
• Confident and proactive approach – anticipates issues and requirements
• Must have strong leadership qualities and have ability to manage Company Policies
• High level of technical expertise
• Proven experience in reconciliation management, with a strong understanding of financial processes
