Duties:
• Will be drafting quotes for events
• Will be liaising with customers
• Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant
• Wiil be dealing with event management
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Relevant degree (Advantageous)
• Must come from the restaurant industry
• Has experience doing event Management
• Hospitality experience
Competencies:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic
Computer Literacy:
- MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
- GAAP (Advantageous)
