Seeking a Business Analyst with Data Analytics & Visualization Expertise.

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a flair for data analytics, data visualization, and Power BI? One of my clients, within the insurance sector, is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team and drive data-informed business decisions. If you’re passionate about uncovering insights and turning complex data into visually compelling dashboards, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Data Visualization: Create visually impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate key metrics and business insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
Business Process Improvement: Use data to help identify areas of improvement within business processes, presenting findings to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on data analytics and visualization.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in Power BI, with a strong command of data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power Query).
