Hire Resolve's client, a leading renewable energy company in Cape Town, is currently in search of a Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) projects.
• Ensure compliance with technical and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct analysis and simulations of multi-technology systems to optimize energy production.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate project activities.
• Demonstrate clear communication and active listening skills.
• Exhibit determination, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Show entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Embrace teamwork, share responsibilities, and maintain a positive attitude.

• BSc/BEng in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering is preferred; BTech is acceptable if supported by strong experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of overall engineering experience, with at least 2 years in the renewable energy sector.
• 7+ years of engineering experience, including:
• 5+ years in renewable energy.
• 3+ years in a project environment.
• 3+ years in distribution and reticulation design.
• Proficiency in PVSyst modeling and AutoCAD LT.
• Experience with high voltage networks and substations.
