We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in financial control and management within a pharmaceutical environment. This role is crucial for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support business growth and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards
Manage financial controls and improve processes for operational efficiency
Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA(SA) or CIMA preferred)
3-5 years of experience as a Financial Controller within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in pharma
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
