Participate in operational meetings and workshops where required
Ensure strong Financial controls aligned with business requirements
Interaction with internal stakeholders and providing support where needed
Communicate findings to the team and provide standard finance KPI’s
Assist internal stakeholders with understanding of financials and assisting with queries
Review all financial controls within the group to ensure design is effective and execution is efficient
Ensure financial controls are communicated and adhered to
Continuously assist in reviewing GL structure
Monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet accounts to be completed and reviewed
Management of month-end, forecasting, ad-hoc reporting and budget process
Assist with all statutory, compliance, insurance
Assist with BBBEE management and reporting
Manage the Audit Process and communications with auditors
Continuously innovate financial business processes and systems
 
Skills & Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
Experience in a Group or Shared Services company
Ability to ensure efficient controls in a Group environment
Management of month end process including monthly reporting
Stakeholder management
Ability to assist in BBBEE reporting
 
Qualification:
Degree in Finance
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles will be beneficial
