Perform precision mechanical inspection and documentation verification of complex machined parts in pump manufacturing Machine shop and Assembly work shop.
You will be expected to interpret customer drawings, must have good understanding of shop math, Drawings, Excel, SAP, MS Word and machining knowledge
Determining the causes of product defects and reworks
Collecting and compiling statistical quality data
Knowledge of quality control systems and procedures
Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving machining, assembly and any Quality issues
Report safety concerns to Inspection team or quality Manager
In – process inspect First Off from machines
In- process inspection on the standard assembly line, filling out QC Check sheets during assembly on the production line
Inspect Incoming and Outgoing materials for compliance, specifications, and conformance requirements.
Review routings to ensure that upstream operations have been completed and signed off.
Individual must be willing to work Over time (including Weekends) and Shift work
Must be able to work with complexed and different types of measuring equipment commonly found in manufacturing workshops.
Individual must be willing to assist and carry out any other tasks and section given by his/her supervisor that’s falls within the individual’s capability.
Must be able to lift up to 30kg`s, must be able to identify different colors to identity finishing defects.
