Business Development Manager/Condominium Sales Specialist
Reports to: Phnom Penh Branch Manager & Managing Director
Job Description:
This position is focused on building the international condominium sales business in conjunction with driving new transactional opportunities through business development activities and strengthening and furthering of the IPS-Cambodia Brand.
The role is very much a front-line role and as such professionalism, honesty and integrity will be the cornerstones of their activity. The role is as follows:

Lead the expansion of the Condo sales pipeline into new markets

Create new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships through quality business development activities

Deliver on revenue targets for the Condominium sales division
Specific Duties include:
Condominium Sales Outcomes:
Working with the Condo sales team:

Deliver on the International Condo sales strategy

Open access to new markets

Provide new business opportunities

Ensure income and profit targets of the division are reached

Increase Division capability through Mentoring and strong Leadership

Present the opportunities in Cambodia to an international audience
New Business Opportunities

Attend networking events and promote IPS
-
Join business associations related to your area of expertise

Work with the Managing Director to identify industries and businesses where IPS can make inroads into the sector, build relationships in these areas

Support the Phnom Penh Branch with the securing of exclusivity contracts

Support the Marketing Team on targeted Marketing initiatives that support the Business Development Program
Collaborate with the Marketing Team

Work directly with the Marketing team to support the International Condo sales strategy

Provide strategic input and suggestions for lead generation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.

Identify new opportunities to increase visibility and drive inquiries, while leveraging the expertise of the marketing team for execution
Create Positive Client Experiences:

Provide suitable engagement with client

Provide all required information to client in a positive manner

Be responsive to clients’ needs and use intuition to predict their requirements

Provide communication in a timely and effective manner

Provide ongoing support to clients including advice on service providers, market trends and potential management opportunities
Key performance Indicators

Personal condo sales commissions of USD200k p.a.

Grow the International condo sales divisions income to USD1M p.a. within 3 years
-
Deliver a minimum of 5 new business opportunities per month through BD activities

Attend a minimum of 4 BD networking sessions per month

Candidate Requirements
5 years experience in real estate sales or BDM
Proven sales record in Condominium sales
Proven record in business development management
