- Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Day to day HR operations
- Personnel administration
- Planning and coordination of training
- Internal training and induction
- Employment equity and skills plan facilitation/ submission
- Performance evaluations
- Disciplinary procedures
- Handling time and attendance matters
- All other HR and administrative tasks related to this position (and help with other areas of admin if/ when time allows)
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Afrikaans & English essential; isiXhosa beneficial/ preferred
- Excellent administrative and computer skills (MS Office)
- Labour legislation knowledge with application in the Agricultural industry
- Valid drivers license and own transport
