Description
The incumbent will ensure a collaborative team environment and a strong customer obsessed culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and candidates. Role will focus on recruiting Shoppers and drivers for One Cart – ensuring alignment to quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate full lifecycle of the recruiting process for candidate to onboarding.
- Source candidates via recruitment portals online, internal system, and other economically viable platforms.
- Recruit a minimum of 115 shoppers per month. Recruit an allocated amount of drivers for each intake.
- Conduct interviews.
- Partner with HR Business Partner (HRBP) in refining onboarding of New Hires.
- Provide input - weekly or biweekly for reporting/ update meetings with team leads and Head of Recruitment.
- Establish and foster partnership with internal stakeholders for projects – Operations Department.
- Set expectations with internal stakeholders while communicating delivery timelines on agreed upon service levels.
- Audit candidate packs to ensure all compliance requirements are adhered to.
- Continuously research innovative ways to source scarce skill.
- Review and evaluation of Recruiting activities and implementation of new ideas that can optimize recruitment and onboarding processes for better business results.
- Maintain Candidate filing and Records in Simplify HR System.
Skills and Qualifications
- HR related qualification an advantage.
- 6 months – a 1+ year of recruiting experience in a recruiting agency or corporate environment.
- Great admin and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must have attention to detail and be able to meet deadlines - be able to successfully coordinate, prioritize your time and close searches against a timeline.
- Must have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation - influential. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
- Have a sense of urgency and demonstrate push back ability when necessary.
