Are you an experienced Production Manager ready to lead a dynamic team in a plastic packaging plant? Our client is seeking a qualified professional who is passionate about driving production excellence to join their team in Johannesburg.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
At least 10 years of experience in a production environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role
Proven experience working with plastic packaging is essential
Strong understanding of production processes and manufacturing principles
Excellent leadership and communication skills
