Are you a seasoned Production Manager with a passion for excellence in the food sector? Our client in the manufacturing environment is searching for a dedicated leader who can drive operational success and ensure the highest quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Relevant Degree or Diploma in Production Management
At least 5 years of production management experience
A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the FMCG industry
Strong understanding of technical processes and principles is advantageous
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies is a plus
Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
Excellent leadership and communication skills
